The Swarthmore Alumni Storytelling website seeks to bridge the communication gap between underrepresented students and alumni by creating a centralized location where alumni can share their success stories and DEI experiences with current students. Participating alumni come together from all over the globe and share a common belief that mentorship nurtures a sense of belonging and the confidence to achieve excellence at Swarthmore and beyond. The site exists as a living and interactive history based on alumni written reflections and insights. Alumni share their career, academic, or life journeys with current students.
