FLI ALUMNI PANEL: REACHING NEW HEIGHTS UPON GRADUATION

On April 22, 2021, I moderated a FLI alumni panel titled “Reaching New Heights Upon Graduation.” The panel was  part of a larger initiative within the College’s Office of Inclusive Excellence and Community Development that sought to foster connections between first gen/low income students and alumni so students are better able to navigate professional opportunities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of this event was to expose students to the narratives of FLI alumni and give them insight into what life is like after Swarthmore in terms of careers, community, and identity.
